Ricardo Viola

Legal

Lawyer with over 17 years of experience. Having started his career as a lawyer in the area of financial compliance and tax law. Subsequently, he continued his professional career in the areas of corporate and labor law, where he collaborated with several public and private companies, having been co-author and one of the lawyers responsible for updating and changing the companies' CAE (activity codes), together with from AMA (Agency for Administrative Modernization).

Mr. Henrique Souza, graduated in Administrative Management, where he has experience in the accounts sector, invoicing, people management, sales of services and products.
Today he is part of the Maven Investimentos team as Administrative Manager.

Thalita Araújo

Executive Secretary

Graduated in business administration, with 10 years of experience in the administrative area. She is part of the Maven team as an executive secretary, managing short and long-term rentals, and providing support to the legal area.

Raphael Afonso

Leasing Manager

With 6 years of experience in the commercial and real estate areas. He is part of the Maven team, managing short and long-term rentals, and providing support and advice for buying and selling properties in Portugal.

Itamar

Commercial

For over forty years, Itamar Gurvitz has dedicated himself to entrepreneurship, administration and planning, design, production, marketing and organization of a wide and diverse spectrum of projects in the world of culture.
Two years ago he joined the Maven company and since then has been a partner in promoting and developing the company.

Itamar serves new investors from Israel who wish to purchase a property as an investment or for personal use, guides them through the process of purchasing a property in Portugal and helps them with the first steps.

With over 20 years of experience in the field of managing the cleaning and maintenance of private homes and rental units.
Owns a laundry that provides services to companies in the tourism and hospitality sector.

With 5 years of experience in the administrative and financial area, Ana Luísa is part of the Maven team working as secretary of the legal sector, providing support to the administrative sector.
